Position: Trainee HR Consultant
CAPFOR is actually looking for fresh graduates willing to work as HR Consultant (Trainee).
HR Consultant – Trainee (Fresh Graduates who have just completed their studies)
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and consultancy tasks;
- Assist in the recruitment process;
- Sourcing of candidates and screening of CVs;
- Support the team as and when required;
- Dealing with clients and building relationship;
- Performing other cognate duties.
Your Profile:
- A degree in Human Resources Management / Marketing or equivalent (Fresh Graduates);
- Have very good results at HSC level;
- Strong knowledge of MS office tools;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken).
