NOTICE OF VACANCY: DIRECTOR, LEGAL, RISK AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES (On Contractual or Permanent Basis)
THE COMPANY:
Our Client, the Mauritius Ports Authority (MPA), is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Director, Legal, Risk and Administrative Services.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A Cambridge Higher School Certificate or passes in at least two subjects obtained on one certificate at the GCE ‘Advanced Level’ or equivalent.
- Barrister with at least seven years’ standing at the Bar.
Note:
Holder of a Masters Degree in Risk Management or Business Administration or Public Sector Management or Law or Information Security or equivalent would be an advantage.
Option A – Permanent Basis
Salary Scale: Rs 119,025 x 5,600 – 124,625 x 5,725 – 164,700
Age Limit: Candidates should be 50 years of age or below by the closing date of submission of applications.
Option B – Contractual Basis
Under this option, the appointment will be for two years, renewable for a further period of one year subject to satisfactory performance
The salary package would be negotiable
